Questions
Who owns the Project Passport?
Ultimately the property owner controls the record. At handover the builder transfers control to the homeowner.
What happens to completed projects?
Completed Passports stay in the archive and form part of the property's long-term record.
Can I share records when I sell?
Yes, you can generate secure, read-only, revocable links, including a conveyancing pack.
Is my information public?
No. Project records are private by default and are only visible to people you deliberately invite or share with.
